Soft Studio is located in a renovated former warehouse building in SE Portland surrounded by a thriving community of small, creative businesses. A light and airy, while also cozy and private, space designed to inspire comfort and ease while we create a look that reflects the true you. Here you’ll find eco-friendly hair products, expert services, big windows, and plenty of plants.

When Booking an Appointment

Please arrive on time if you don’t arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment you will be charged in full and we will have to reschedule. There is street parking or a pay to park lot right across from the building at 10th & Division.

Location there are train tracks on the south side of the salon building that frequently obstruct traffic between SE Powell and SE Division so PLEASE stay north of Division to avoid these tracks or go to 20th and up to Division if you’re coming from south of Powell. You risk getting stuck for hours if you do not avoid these train tracks. An email will be sent prior to your appointment explaining ways to avoid them. If you choose to not read these instructions I cannot take responsibility for the train delaying you from making it to your appointment. I want us all to avoid stress and disappointment!

Booking is Limited therefore if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so online at least 48 hours in advance. If you don’t do so 48 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the price for the service(s) booked or 100% for the day before your appointment, or no show appointments.

Adjustments and Returns if you are in any way unhappy with your service and want to adjust the outcome, please contact me to schedule an appointment for an adjustment within seven days. Refunds are not offered for services.

I accept unused product returns for store credit only. I do not accept returns for products that have been used.
