After Gabriela’s apprenticeship at Edo Salon she went right into teaching incoming assistants at the salon which sparked her passion for 1 on 1 hands-on razor cutting education. Her approach is gentle and encouraging instruction that will give you the confidence to use this beautiful, but often intimidating tool. While there are now many options for look-and-learn education Gabriela feels there is a need for more customized and focused support when learning a tool like the straight razor. she would love to help anyone who wants to learn more. There is nothing more freeing than feeling confident in using a straight razor. With a full understanding of how to use the razor it will allow you to quickly and easily create soft, organic shapes with the hair, almost like drawing or sculpting.
